02 / Build or rebuild

Websites that load fast and read like they were written for Google

We build the site and then spend every day earning links for a living — so ours ship with the SEO structure already in place. Clean HTML, compressed images, sensible URLs, no 900 kB slider plugin.

Quote-based: fixed price and scope in writing before any work starts.

What we build

Pick the job, not a package

Everything is quoted per project. These are the shapes the work usually takes.

Business website

4–8 pages

Home, about, services, pricing, contact — written and structured so each page targets something people search. Right one if you need enquiries, not brochures.

Landing / campaign page

1 page

One promise, one action, no navigation to leak clicks. Built for Google Ads and social traffic, with the form wired straight to WhatsApp.

Online store

Catalogue

Products, variants, payments and shipping set up, category pages written, schema on prices and availability. We migrate existing products instead of asking you to retype them.

Redesign & migration

Any size

Keep the content that ranks, lose the theme that slows you down. Every old URL redirected 1-to-1, and we watch Search Console for the fallout after launch.

Speed rescue

Existing site

For sites that score 20 on mobile. Image pipeline, caching, render-blocking CSS/JS, fonts, plugin diet — measured before and after, not guessed.

Fixes & small jobs

As needed

Broken form, plugin conflict, hack cleanup, SSL, email not sending, page deleted by accident. Billed as a flat job, not an hourly mystery.

Standard on every build

The ten things you get without asking

  • Mobile-first layout, tested on real phones — not just a narrow browser window
  • On-page SEO on day one: titles, meta, heading structure, internal links, schema, sitemap, robots
  • Images converted and compressed (AVIF/WebP) with correct sizes, so photos never sink the score
  • Search Console and analytics connected, verified, and reporting to you
  • Contact routes that work: form to your inbox, WhatsApp click-to-chat, phone links
  • You can edit the text yourself, or we do it — stated in writing before launch
  • Two revision rounds inside the quoted price, not priced per email
  • Cross-browser and cross-device QA pass before anything goes live
  • Short handover call plus a plain-English page of logins and what to do if something breaks
  • Domain, hosting, email and code all registered in your name — from day one

Typical timelines

Confirmed in your quote — we do not start what we cannot fit.

We build with what we sell

This site is our own project, and it is the honest argument: a searchable inventory of 13,945 listings in a page that ships 87 kB of shared JavaScript, with a 19 kB hero image and no third-party requests at all.

Fonts are self-hosted, images are AVIF/WebP with placeholders, and the whole thing is static — which is also why a broken plugin cannot take a client site offline at 2am.

Process

Five steps, and you approve each one

No black-box month where nothing arrives and the invoice grows.

  1. 01Brief & auditYou tell us the goal and send the current site. We reply with a written scope: pages, features, what we need from you, fixed price, start date.
  2. 02Structure & copySitemap, wireframe of the important pages, and the words — yours, ours, or a mix. Nothing is designed until the message is right.
  3. 03DesignReal screens in your brand, not a stock template with your logo pasted on. You approve desktop and mobile before build.
  4. 04Build & QAResponsive build, speed budget enforced, forms tested, analytics firing, 404 and redirects handled.
  5. 05Launch & afterDNS switched, SSL live, Search Console submitted, 30-day watch for breakage. Then either you run it, or the care plan does.

Why there is no price list here

A quote that ignores your page count, your content and your current site is a guess dressed up as a price. Send the six lines below and you get a real number the same day — fixed, with the scope written next to it.

Billing is usually half to start and half at launch, and the domain, hosting and code stay registered to you throughout.

Send this and we can quote it

  • What the website has to achieve (calls, forms, sales, credibility)
  • Your current site, if it exists, and what is wrong with it
  • The pages you think you need — rough is fine
  • Two or three sites you like, and one you hate
  • Whether the words and images are ready or need writing
  • Where the domain and hosting are registered, and any deadline

Questions before a build

The four we always get

Do you use a template?

We start from a solid base and change what matters — layout, components, performance budget. A template with your logo on it is how you end up with the same site as three competitors.

Who owns the site afterwards?

You do. Domain, hosting, theme licences, code and content are registered and delivered in your name. We hand over the logins, and we do not hold any of it hostage.

My WordPress site is broken / slow / hacked. Can you fix it instead of selling me a rebuild?

Usually yes, and we would rather. Fix-it jobs are quoted flat. If a rebuild is genuinely cheaper than the repairs, we say so and show you the maths.

Can you also write the content?

Yes — the same desk that writes guest posts writes your pages, with keywords researched rather than stuffed. Or send yours and we will fit it into the design.

Fixed price, not hourly surprises

Send the brief today, get a fixed price back.

Six lines is enough for a quote: goal, current site, pages, references, content status, deadline. If a build is not what you need yet, we will tell you that too.
